From Professional to Student: My Journey at York University School of Continuing Studies
A bit of a back story about me:
I’m an international student studying at York University’s School of Continuing Studies pursuing my Post-Graduate in Digital & Content Marketing, I hail from Mumbai India, where I was working as a content moderator for Meta and decided that I want to pursue a career in digital marketing so applied for a course at York and got an offer letter so I packed my life in 3 suitcases and came to Canada with big dreams and high hopes

I never thought about going to York University in the first place, but I guess you can’t control where life takes you, things happened and here I am as an International student with a post-graduate certificate in Digital and content marketing. I always wondered how it would be to become an international student. I always envied my friends who decided to go abroad as international students to complete their studies and I felt jealous when they explained their experiences. I was in India at that time wondering, “Will I ever get a chance to go and study abroad?”
